Visiting company websites one by one and guessing email formats does not scale, and a bad address hurts your sender reputation before a single reply comes in. YouLeadMe's B2B data enrichment takes the companies your team finds, including those discovered through the company database, and fills in the gaps: the right website, business email addresses, phone, company size and industry, so every company is ready for outreach before it reaches a campaign.
What gets enriched
- The company's website, matched against the company's own registry details before anything is read from it, so a look-alike domain is never mistaken for the real one.
- Up to three business email addresses, each with the page it was found on and a confidence level, so you can see why it is there.
- Phone number, company size, industry and location.
- A score for each company that explains which are worth contacting first.
Why enrichment happens before outreach, not after
A campaign built on guessed addresses bounces, and bounces damage the sending domain every later campaign depends on. YouLeadMe takes addresses from the company's own verified website, prefers those on the company's own domain, ranks free-mail addresses and unsuitable inboxes such as invoices or recruitment below the rest, and discards no-reply addresses. Nothing is invented: if no address can be found, the record says so.
If an address still bounces, it is suppressed so it is never mailed again, and a campaign pauses itself when its bounce rate climbs, before the damage reaches your domain.

Enriched companies flow straight into your lists and segments, and from there into a campaign you launch and track in the same place. No CSV exports, no second tool, no re-keying data. Your verified lead lists stay current too: websites and addresses are re-checked automatically on a rolling cycle.
Questions
How is this different from a spreadsheet lookup?
Companies found by YouLeadMe are enriched automatically, and companies you import can be enriched with one click. Each address comes with the page it was found on, and records are re-checked over time instead of going stale in an export.
Does enrichment check whether the email actually works?
It checks that the address is well formed and was published on the company's verified website, and prefers addresses on the company's own domain. It does not probe the recipient's mail server, because doing that at volume harms your sender reputation. If an address bounces, it is suppressed automatically and never mailed again.
Do I get named decision makers?
Not yet. Enrichment finds the business contact details each company publishes, such as its general and department addresses and phone number. Finding named decision makers is on the roadmap.
