The product

Everything between “who should we sell to” and “they replied”

Most teams do this across five tools that do not talk to each other: one to find companies, one to find email addresses, one to send, one to track replies, and a spreadsheet holding it all together. YouLeadMe is the one system.

Company discovery

Find real companies, not a bought list

You describe the kind of business you want to reach: an industry, a country or a region, a size. You can type it in plain language and YouLeadMe turns it into a search, or set the filters yourself if you prefer.

The search runs against official national company registers where a country publishes one, and public business directories everywhere else, covering 195 countries. That matters more than it sounds. A register entry is a business that actually exists and is actually registered, updated by the country that maintains it. A list bought from a data broker is a snapshot of unknown age that has been sold to your competitors too.

Results are de-duplicated as they arrive, so the same company found through two different searches stays one company rather than inflating your numbers.

Contact enrichment

Work out who to contact, and whether it is worth it

A company name is not a lead. YouLeadMe reads each company's website to work out what they actually do and who they sell to, finds contact addresses from public sources, and checks them rather than assuming.

Every company is scored so you can see which are worth your attention before you spend any of it. The score is explainable: you can see what it was based on rather than being handed a number.

Where something cannot be found, the record says so. No invented addresses, no guessed patterns like first.last@company.com that bounce and damage your sending reputation. A blank is more useful than a plausible wrong answer.

Outreach

Write the sequence, or have it drafted for you

Campaigns send from your own domain, so replies come back to you and your sending reputation is yours. YouLeadMe walks you through connecting it and checks it is set up correctly before anything goes out.

If you would rather not start from a blank page, describe what you sell and who you are selling to and a multi-step sequence is drafted for you. It is a draft: it goes to a review screen, and nothing sends until you say so.

Sending has guardrails that stay on regardless. A daily limit so you do not burn a domain, a suppression list, and a rule that stops the sequence the moment somebody replies, because the fastest way to lose a warm prospect is to send them step three after they have already answered step two.

Replies and opportunities

Know what is actually in play

Replies land in one place rather than scattered across inboxes. Each one can become an opportunity and move through a pipeline, so the question "what is actually happening right now" has an answer you can look at rather than one you have to reconstruct.

Deals that have not moved in a while are surfaced, because that is how most of them are lost: not through a no, but through nobody following up.

Weekly reporting

One summary instead of five dashboards

Once a week YouLeadMe tells you what changed: companies found, contacts added, emails sent, replies received, opportunities moved. It also tells you the single most useful thing to do next, based on where you actually are rather than a generic checklist.

The point is not the report. It is that growth work fails quietly, and a weekly note is what turns "we should do some prospecting" into something with a date on it.

CRM-ready for the tools your team already uses

YouLeadMe structures every company, contact and opportunity for CRM use, with stable identifiers, a clean export format and full documentation, so your data is ready to move into whatever CRM your team already runs on.

Direct one-click integrations are on our roadmap. Today YouLeadMe exports the same clean structure you would expect from a native connector, so nothing is a special case when you are ready to connect it.

Questions

Does YouLeadMe keep company information up to date?

Partly today, and we would rather be precise about which part. The Growth Engine continuously discovers new companies in the markets you have set up. It also returns to companies where we could not find a website, an email address or a phone number, and fills those in when they become available. When that happens it becomes a Growth Signal, so a company that was not contactable when you found it can turn into one you can reach. Refreshing companies we can already contact, and re-checking public registers for changes such as a new website or a growing team, is in development. We will say so here when it is live rather than before.

Does YouLeadMe integrate directly with my CRM?

Not yet as a one-click native connector, and that is on our roadmap. Today YouLeadMe exports your companies, contacts and opportunities in a clean, CRM-ready structure with stable IDs, so importing into Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, monday.com, Freshsales or any other CRM is straightforward.

Can I invite colleagues to work in the same account?

Not yet. Shared team access is being built, and it is marked as coming soon on the plans that will include it. You can already note the colleagues who will need access on the Team page, but no invitation is sent and they cannot see anything in your account today. When it is live, a colleague will sign in to your account and work on the same companies, lists, campaigns and replies as you, with a role deciding what they can change, and the team will share your account's monthly company allowance rather than each having their own. Recommending YouLeadMe to somebody outside your company is a different thing: they get their own separate account, and see nothing of yours.
